Adam Pierce
Founder

Having over 15 years of experience in the industry, across many different roles from an engineer to Vice President of DPA Microphones, Adam is both technically minded and commercially oriented. Rising at a rapid pace and young age in his previous role as Sales Manager to Director and then Vice President, Adam has unprecedented knowledge of both high-end and prosumer markets and has gained connections of leading influencers, dealers and key customers in all aspects of audio. 

Sarah Norman
General Manager
With a background in Audio and with DPA Microphones, Sarah has shaped Karno alongside Adam from day one.
George Ainscough
Technical Lead
From the Research and Development Department as Technical Lead is George, a passionate and skilled engineer from an Electronics background.
Sam North
Sales
Coming in with previous experience in sales across the Audio Industry and DPA Microphones, Sam is Responsible for the Sales and Distribution side of Karno.
Charlie Engleback
Software
Heading up the software department is Charlie, with a passion for coding and a background in theoretical physics.
Ashton Pollock
Electronics
Specialised in Embedded Electronics Ashton forms part of the Hardware Team within the Research and Development department.
Jo Ylosorio
UX/UI
Specialising in UX/UI design and focusing on the front end of Karno’s software applications is Jo.
Ian Steele
Technologist
With over 30 years of experience working in technical development, and 20 years within the audio industry, Ian advises Research and Development as Senior Technologist.
Les Mommsen
Engineer
As a freelance Audio Engineer Les ensures the End User is always at the forefront of all Karno’s development.
Miha Hiratsuka
Mechanical
Heading the Mechanical department is Miha, with a masters in Mechanical Engineering and 10 years of hands on experience.
Michael Jones
Design
Focusing on the aesthetics is Mikey. Having taken over 20 products to market, Mikey is the eye behind all Karno’s products.
Naoko Pierce
Finance
Leading the finance department is Naoko, with experience in Accounting, HR and Project Management, Naoko handles the day to day as well as the big picture.
Louis Wardle
Marketing
As the eye of the company Louis heads the marketing department, involved in campaigns, events and creating assets.
Matt Norman
Website
With experience in Software Development and website design Matt is responsible for any 404 error you encounter on Karno’s website.
